Southwestern Illinois College at 4950 Maryville Road, Granite City, Illinois.

I am writing on part of the Barnes and Noble bookstore at this location. The reason I rank them only a one star is because they are just absolutely rude there. I don't care how simple or easy of a question you have for them, it will be met with a attitude or defensive tone. And do not call them they are much more rude on the phone. Their hours seem to make no sense. and I have traveled from over 45 minutes to find that for whatever reason they were closed early for no apparent reason.
